I am obsessed with nails and hands. I am in love with this Jade pastel color, it's beautiful. I never had green nails but this is a must for fall. It's going to be released in October and of course, it will be a limited edition. It was debuted at the Chanel Fall '09 fashion show. Last fall, I was obsessed with the Blue Stain, Kaleidoscope, and Vendetta. This is a must-have if you're obsessed with keeping up with nail trends.

I'm going home tomorrow for the first time since I've moved back to L.A. And I realized since I brought everything with me, I have to pack my necessities! Don't ever let me walk into Sephora because I will walk out with a bag filled with goodies. Those GAP v-necks are all-year round for me, they fit perfect. The cotton is so soft on my skin and it's breathable unlike American Apparel. I'm starting my little collection, so far I own five. :) I'm also in love with T by Alexander Wang, they are loose fitting tee's. Which I love for my bum days!

What I'm Looking Forward To

I've been ridiculously busy and stressed out with a whole bunch of B.S. I feel like I've grown up in a few months, weeks, even days. I'm learning while I'm struggling and trying my best to find the best solution for my parents and I. I never thought searching for an apartment can be so difficult; especially in Los Angeles when in 2007 it was so easy when I moved there two weeks after graduating from high school. That's why I haven't put the effort into blogging as I was determined to when I first started it in November. So, I apologize for not updating but I'm back for good.

Any who, April should be a very good interesting month for me. My 20th birthday is coming up, which I'm so stoked for... I'm not sure about going to New York City now because I ~~want~~ am going to London to see Michael Jackson LIVE for the first night of his "This Is It" tour. I'd rather save my pennies for London than going to NYC again within five months. I might see Britney Spear's "Cirus" concert in L.A on my birthday, April 17th. Have you seen those videos from her tour? Badass, I don't care if she's lip-synching; she's dope. I'll also be relocating back to L.A to complete my school in Southern California by the end of this month or early April. I'm looking forward to returning, it should be a good year for me.

Oh yeah! I forgot to mention. The Italian designer Valentino and his long-time business partner and love have been taping "The Last Emperor" for nearly two years. Once you watch the trailer, you'd be blown away how he's so hands on with his pieces. It's pretty fascinating to see an older designer being so focused on his collections like if it was his first. Check their website out to see when it'll be coming to a major city near you!

P.S. I've been running in 5" heels since 9AM... I don't think my doctor would be happy with this. lol

I think April 17th, 2009 was added to her Circus Tour for a reason... because it's my birthday that day!(It wasn't added until recently) I wanted to attend her show but tickets sold out too fast and I don't attend shows unless I have good seating. After watching this clip of her rehearsing, I'm really thinking about attending her show and NOT going to New York City for my birthday weekend. Coachella? It's out of my plans. Their line-up isn't impressive now.
Charles, I'd love you x10 more if you can get me some tickets. :)

I was hyped about Thakoon's collection but from what I've seen from this upcoming collection made me save every single penny of mine. Who didn't love how he mixed the new songs? Well, click here to download the live performances. "Love Lockdown" wasn't shown on television but it was probably the best performance! These songs are a must-have for any Kanye West fan. Too bad, "Go Hard", "Paranoid" and "Street Lights" weren't televised. Those were my favorite performances. Enjoy!

The soon-to-be "It Girl" of 2009, Arlenis Sosa. I remember writing about her in late November and now she was all over New York Fashion Week 2009 and I'm sure she's booked for the entire year. Oscar de La Renta considers her his muse and took her under his wing. Not to mention, her advertisements for Lancome were simply beautiful! Her accent makes her even more adorable.

Another model whose rising to the top is Sessilee Lopez! She was on the cover of Italian Vogue's All Black Issue. Also rumored to be dating Kanye West late last year because of this "Flashing Lights" video. She's all over your local GAP store, too. The reason I had to also write about her because I love her new advertisement pages for the Vogue Nippon Issue and guess what it's called? FLASHING LIGHTS!

Wall Street Journal recently interviewed Anna Wintour and the interview is pretty interesting. She talks about how fashion has changed and what's in now days. She also mentions that Vogue's ad's might include more affordable clothing and accessories! I agree to that, I'd like to see more clothing that I'm able to go out and purchase.

I decided to share my little secret...after receiving tons of compliments on my London Fog Patent Leather Boots! I actually bought these for New York City when I went in October due to the raining weather. I only used them once there and just put them to use recently since it's been pouring in Cali. I always wanted the perfect rain boots and some that weren't colorful. I've been having my eyes on these Burberry ones but I'm not going to spend over $300 on boots I'm only going to wear a few days out of the year. Piperlime is my best friend when it comes to shoes, their selections are the best. They also have great sales and customer service. Plus, these were Rachel Zoe's favorite! I admit that I'm sooooooooo jealous that the price went down from $130 to $59. But this is your chance to get your hands on them!

A Free Fashion Show

That what I love about the Oscar arrivals is the fashion, of course! This year I was blown away by the choices, they improved A LOT. My favorite was Sarah Jessica Park's Christian Dior Haute Couture dress, it was very fairly tale-ish. But it was beautiful, the color and beading was perfect. It wasn't too much and her hair was simple. Very Carrie Bradshaw!

I am so excited for this! I'm hoping I can get my hand on a ticket to meet her! I've always loved her since she got super thin because that's when she became so fashion forward. I love her jewerly line "House of Harlow 1960". If I had tons of money, I'd buy it all but sadly I don't at the moment. I've been eying this ring for a good while and I think it's the perfect time to buy it!

Christian Siriano and Payless got together to work on a fierce shoe and handbag collection for fall 2009. The collection of pump heels and booties ranges in between $20 to $45. The spiky pairs look slightly similar to the Christian Louboutin for Rodarte shoes that Victoria Beckham has seen wearing. I’m definitely going to buy them all! I love Payless Designer Collections. Every morning when I wake up, I look at the pictures of this book and it really helps me become more motivated towards my dreams. To look at their fabulous, fortune life and be able to socialize with fashion legends such as Karl Lagerfeld and Diane Von Fustenburg, it's pretty awesome to see how they really are through a book. It feels like you were there when the interview took place. Your also able to see how they get inspired for their great fashion sense. For those who haven't seen it or read it, you should check it out. It's a great visual and text book.

Oscar de La Renta RTW Fall '09

Anyone who knows me knows that I'm a huge Oscar de La Renta fan. He's an icon to me. He's a Hispanic who worked hard to be recognized in the industry and he's one of the few who still actually sketches his own designs. I loved his Ready To Wear Fall 2009 collection, it reminded me of old classic movies. None of the dresses were short and there wasn't that much skin being revealed. I loved seeing the new textures used for this collection, the bubble skirts, the pleats, and full sleeves on the arms. I really liked the tights with the dresses because that's always in for a day and night look. He combined the colors so nicely! I really love how he's able to emphasize a woman's body so perfectly. I know models do not have much of a shape but I can see his clothing on a woman with curves and it'll look amazing! I love the big hair on the models, it makes it look very modern. I love it all. I hope one day I'll be able to attend one of his fashion shows and have an actual conversation with him!

The Best Day of My Life

I wanted for Friday(2/13) for a week or so and it was totally worth the wait! I was being a brat the past week because I wasn't able to find anything I actually loved for the show, but once I arrived I did not care. I was there for Kanye West as the true fan that I am. So, my cousin and I had lunch at Kitchen 24 that day.. And let me tell you, k24 is SO good. I'm actually pretty picky about restaurants because I'm afraid of not liking it. But this is my new spot in Hollywood! It's cute, cheap, good customer service and good sweets! (Kitchen 24 is the restaurant that's always on Daddy's Girls on MTV.)

YES, KANYE WAS LEAVING THE BUILDING.. SO HE HAD TO PASS BY ME... HE WAS SHAKING FAN'S HANDS... AND LOOKED AT ME, SMILED AND SHOOK MY HAND. HE HELD MY HAND FOR A GOOD 4 SECONDS! I WAS SHAKING SOOO MUCH THAT I BEGAN TO GET HOT. I WAS PLANNING ON NEVER WASHING MY RIGHT HAND BUT I FORGOT THE NEXT MORNING.... KANYE TOUCHED ME! HE NOTICED ME. MY DREAMS CAME TRUE!

It's soooo much to type out, so I just copied what a fan wrote on a forum who was also there.

Some notable highlights :

1. Kanye constantly talked to the audience, on camera and off. Perhaps most heartbreaking of all, though, was his story about getting the cold shoulder by Thom Yorke during the Grammys. Before Radiohead's performance, Kanye had the chance to meet up with Thom backstage. He went up to him and said, "Hey I'm a huge fan of your music." Thom didn't seem to care much. Then Kanye said, "I write music!". Thom replied, "Yeah, I've heard of you," and walked away without saying anything else. Kanye was heartbroken. "When they performed, I sat the fuck down," he said.

2. Kanye became very emotional when talking about his mother. He noted that Dr. Jan Adams (the doctor who operated on Donda) is now finishing a book that covers the event. Obviously pretty angry, Kanye stated, "My mom....probably wouldn't want me to be in jail right now....for KILLING A MOTHERFUCKER." Very powerful moment.

3. If anything, Kanye was absolutely hilarious, always talking back and forth with the band + audience, making jokes, sharing opinions on different things. At one point he was blowing his noise during a quick break and said, "I don't do cocaine... there's just a shit load of mucus in my noise." *audience laughed* "I actually don't do drugs..." *10 second pause* "......I do watch porn, though." Everyone was cracking up as he went into a brief narration on the beauty of Brazilian porn lmao. He was definitely having a good time-- when he wasn't performing, he was smiling, laughing, and actively talking.

4. During his story on the making of "Paranoid," he explained how everytime he listens to the song, he wishes he could have added some vocal harmonies to the final product. During the song's final minutes, he began demonstrating those harmonies via auto-tune along with the back-up vocalists. I have to admit, it was pretty damn cool.

5. As Kanye was getting ready for another take, someone in the audience yelled "Happy Valentines Day Kanye!". He laughed, then said something like, "You must be in London time or something."

6. Even when the camera wasn't rolling, Kanye was an extremely gracious person. At one point after the quick Q/A, he went into a big speech (cameras off) merely thanking everyone for listening to his music, helping make 808s a huge success and so forth. It was definitely from the heart.

7. At the end of the show, the emotionally exhausted Kanye said, "Thanks for being my shrink tonight and listening to my stories. I felt like the stage was your couch."

8. "Seriously, how dope is this shit?" - Kanye

9. Almost every song lasted for a good 6-10 minutes because of his storytelling + constant freestyling. It was great.

10. Late into the show, Kanye started talking about Chris Brown. In a freestyle, he said people should give him a break. Audience didn't seem to agree. During "Amazing," Kanye freestyled about "amazing" people who happened to get in trouble. Examples in the freestyle were Michael Jackson, Michael Phelps, and surprisingly, O.J. Simpson. Once again, audience didn't seem to agree on that one, evident by the fact that almost no one was clapping. But that didn't take away from the performance. Not at all.

Set-List (from what I remember)

Note : Every song was remixed differently in comparison to the the album version(s). Instrumentation included percussion, taiko-drums, drum-set, guitar, keyboards, moog synthesizer, bass, strings, back-up vocals, and more.

1. See You in My Nightmares. YES, a string-oriented See You In My Nightmares opened the show.
And it was sick as hell.
2. Robocop (amazing transition + Kanye saying that the "You must be joking, haha you kidding me, your first good one in a while" line is his attempt at "Tenacious D / Jack Black" humor.
3. Flashing Lights
4. Go Hard. Incredible, epic performance.
5. Touch the Sky. Probably an audience favorite. Everyone was dancing, including me.
6. Amazing
7. Paranoid
8. Stronger. Different version with verses that were solely based on the taiko-drums.
9. Good Life
10. Homecoming
11. Say You Will. Probably the most exhausting-- he kept re-doing it because of mistakes.
12. Heartless
13. An amazing, beautiful remix version of Love Lockdown to close the show.
He bowed to the audience for an entire minute after the performance.

At the end of the show when Kanye was thanking the audience + his crew + his band, multiple fans were shouting "Street Lights!". Kanye then went to the keyboardists, talked to him, and performed Street Lights with the entire band, just for the audience's request. The camera wasn't even rolling! It was extremely moving.

After that, Kanye took pictures with the VH1 Storytellers creator; then the band randomly started to play Welcome to Heartbreak. Kanye smiled-- he obviously loved that-- and then danced his way out of the aisles while graciously shaking multiple fans' hands.

As everyone began to walk out, the band continued to play Welcome to Heartbreak.

Other note : Kanye said that they are having a hard time picking the next single. He's personally leaning towards "Say You Will," but Robocop, Paranoid, and See You in My Nightmares are up in the air as well.

This long over due. A book from Kanye West, especially a "Glow in The Dark" book that is based on last year's amazing tour. I just want lots of photos like these. It'll be an interesting book, I doubt Kanye would give us something with a lot of text.

"Kanye West: Glow in the Dark will chronicle Kanye's journeys around the world as he tours and hits up fashion parties. Photographer Nabil Elderkin also captured him shopping in Asian malls. The book will come with a USB drive of previously unreleased music and will cost $50."

Possibly My New Home

At the moment, I'm leaning towards San Francisco instead of returning to Los Angeles. I'm just hoping I find a decent apartment that comes with a reasonable price tag! I love S.F cause the weather is perfect for me, kind of cold with sunshine. Plus, there's tons of good looking Asians. And I think San Francisco is very similar to Manhattan, it's just a whole lot cleaner.

I Became a Fan All Over, Again

Last night was the Grammy Special with Katie Couric, she interviewed the nominated artists Justin Timberlake, Taylor Swift and Lil' Wayne. I enjoyed all the interviews but Lil' Wayne's was the most relevant to me. I saw a different side that didn't know was there. And I knew he was a smart guy but he just proven himself to everyone who saw this. He talked about his career, his father, Syrup, his love for weed, bowling and being a role model to his two children. I'm very excited to see him perform at the Grammy's now. I think he's performing "Tied My Hands", since he mentions Katrina in there. What song do you think he's performing? What song would you like to see him perform?

I never seen VH1's Storytellers so this is brand new to me. When I realized that Jay-Z, Mary J. Blige, Sting, Elton John, Coldplay and other great artists were featured. I flipped out! I got chosen to attend this show that will be featuring Kanye West. Imagine how excited I was, I wanted to cry! I was lucky to be one of the 40 people who got chosen from the Kanye West's fan club. Now I need to worry what to tell my parents about my expanded stay in Los Angeles and finding the right outfit.

She's in the March issue for Latina magazine and she talks a little about herself. She talking about Kanye, too!

These Alice + Olivia HOT Platform Slingback Booties! I was randomly was looking for some new heels for Spring and decided to see if Alice + Olivia has been updated on Payless.com. Luckily, I found some new items for the Spring '09 collection! But these are my favorite shoes of the moment. For $38, how can you not love them? The platform gives it that spring-ish feel. I love the color and the fact that the wood isn't a brown! I own two pairs of two past season's and let me tell you, they are very comfortable. These are a must-have for Spring 2009.

About time, we get a preview of the Kanye West for Louis Vuitton' shoes. I really want to know the price range for these shoes. He's coming out with 6 different styles, which we've seen 4 already(Kanye's blog). I personally do not like them. I expected more details on the shoes. I must say the red low top model is my favorite tho, the color is nice. It's pretty rare to find an all red shoe. The high-tops are just TOO much. The straps remind me of Fila's, and the pink sole; I'm just not feeling them. I hope that style comes in different colors also. I was reading and supposly these shoes will cost over $800 but under $1,300. What do you think of Kanye's designs? Will you be purchasing a pair or two?

Touch the Sky was my favorite because that's what Obama did for this election. I'm mad at MTV for cutting him off and not showing his "Love Lockdown" performance.

I'm very anxious to see the beginning of the Inauguration and I'm very sad that I'm not able to be there to be apart of this historical event. This will be the highlight of my year, I've been waiting for this since I finished reading the book "Dreams From My Father". This means a lot to me because I've been ready for change since 2004.

I might wait to go to New York City for my birthday. Last year, I missed this huge music festival and Prince was added on the line-up a week before the event! Now that the dates been announced, I'm considering of going! I heard Coldplay is going to perform, for sure but the line-up hasn't been released..yet. I do know Lupe Fiasco is going to be there. Until sometime next week! Any one going to this? They said it's the Indie/Hip Hop Woodstock.. lol.

Designers Team Up For Obama's Big Day

As most of you know, some fashion designers have been supporting Obama since he won the Democratic Nomination. I remember seeing Rachel Roy at the Teen Vogue event rocking a Change pin on her lovely tweed jacket. And the creators of Rag&Bone wearing Obama tee shirts to show their support. Everyone from Jay-Z to Marc Jacobs designed a tee-shirt or an accessories to support Obama/Biden '09. Now, certain designers are helping Obama by designing a new item for the Inauguration on January 20th, 2009. My favorite items are the Diana Von Furstenberg's tote bag and Zac Posen's tee with the bow tie!

When I watched "Sex and The City", I was obsessing over the love keychain! I loved Louise's(Jennifer Hudson) character because she reminded me so much of myself. I'm a sucker for love, I love that feeling when I'm in love with that special boy. Anyways, I found the keychain for $11.99! I was blown away because Amazon had it but it was sold out. HBO had it but they were selling it for $64, the same exact thing! The one that Louise has in the movie is made by H.Stern and retails for $6,000 since it's real 18K gold. The gorgeous model Arlenis Sosa attended the Stephen Sprouse for Louis Vuitton Collection celebration at the Bowery Hotel in NYC last night. I loved her outfit, simple but the necklace made a bold statement for the simple black dress. In the last picture, it's Chanel Iman, Mary Alice Stephenson and Arlenis. Also, KiD CuDi performed. It wasn't expected but Jus Ske made it happen!

Watch out for Arlenis Sosa.. She's the "It-Model" for 2009... Landed a huge Lancome gig and I'm sure plenty of more wonderful opportunities will be offered to this Dominican.

Later on today, I will be going to the movie theatres to watch these two movies! I love Clint Eastwood and he's a great actor so I'm sure this movie will meet my high expectations. Plus, I heard this is his last movie... If that rumor is true, then I'm sadden by it but he does deserve a good break.

Anyone who knows me... Should know by now that I'm a huge Che Guevara fan. I grew up admiring him since I was really young because of my dad. I've read two books about him and the more I learned about him, my admiration for him expanded. I've been waiting for this movie for over a year! Also, it's directed by Steven Soderbergh. I already know it's going to be an awesome movie! Plus, my twin Catalina Sandino Moreno is in it. In high school, I would always get told that we look alike. I still get that comment! *Until this day, I don't think we have any physical similarities.

The books I've heard about Che were "Manifesto: Three Classic Ways To Change The World" and "Exposing the Real Che Guevara: And the Useful Idiots Who Idolize Him". Like Santata said, "Che may be dead for you, but he lives in our hearts.. Che is all about love and compassion."

I know this is random but does anyone remembering watching Jay-Z performance on MTV Unplugged in 2001?

In sunlight, it seems like a dark midnight blue mixed with purple, the color slightly changes but it's still pretty! Now, I like skateboarding and all but who would pay $8,250 for a Sprouse Louis Vuitton skateboard? Probably Teddy Kennedy or Pharrell. Maybe even Russy Simmons. lol. If so, I hope they save it as a collector's item! Skateboards don't even last that long. I prefer Ice Cream's skateboard but in red! For $55, you can get their signature skateboard deck.

I might just purchase the red one for when I move so I can use it in the warm weather.

I'm still blown away how good she looks! I cannot believe that's NeNe Leaks from The Real Housewives of Atlanta! She looks fabulous. Her body, her hair, her face and all the outfits are fab! I like her hair short, she actually looks younger and like a cougar. lol. Whoever that stylist is should get a raise! Every Sunday, I'm anxiously waiting for the new LA Times Image! I remember when I used to live in L.A, I would always pick up Sunday's paper for the cool articles on fashion, art, and retail. This past Sunday, they did a cool article called "20 Ways to Upgrade Your Style" and I find it very accurate and relevant. I thought it was very fansciating because some of the things they suggest to change is so true. They are 100% right about L.A people. My favorite part of the article was about the eyebrows. I love natural eyebrows, they help improve a pretty face. Especially thick ones like Edie Sedgwick's.

Now, we haven't heard from Eminem in a long time, so I had high expectations. Sadly, I'm not a fan of his new song "Crack A Bottle" featuring 50 Cent and Dr. Dre. First of all, I do not like the chorus. 50 Cent's verse is not all that. The song is another whack radio song. I want new material that's better than his old album Marshall Mathers LP.

The Spring '09 ads for Chanel are so classy. The images and color palettes used in the ads definitely go well with the Spring 2009 looks. Karl used the model Heidi Mount again, she was the model for the 2008 Resort.
For Christmas, I asked my mom to get me this Jumbo Chanel handbag. But now, I don't want in red. I think I'd prefer black since Chanel's main colors are black & white!

I think these BCBG Maxazria "Garret" shoes would look adorable in my closet. Since I won't be able to wear them until Spring. I recently added these to my Christmas list. I think the color is gorgeous, not a color I would normally go for. But I fell in love. The heel is okay, I've never been a fan of wood looking heels. But this is a must have for my Spring wardrobe! Too bad, the BCBG Maxazria in Fresno doesn't carry these. I must go looking for these when I'm in the city.

I've been wondering once his contract is up with the Cleveland Cavaliers(Summer 2010), where would he go? New York Knicks? Or maybe he will surprise everyone and play for the Lakers? I will start designing. I was asked today at school if I was a fashion designer, random I know. I paused and responded with a "no but maybe one day I will be." I began thinking since I will not be returning back to school, I might as well do something until I move back to L.A. So, I called my mom up and asked if her if she still has her Singer sewing machine. Thankfully, she does! After the 18th, I will start learning how to sew. Then, I'm going to go to Downtown Los Angeles to purchase pretty fabrics. Who knows, maybe I'll be the next Monique Lhuillier? ;)

Check out the new LV ads featuring the Queen of Pop, Madonna. The setting is very different for LV but I really like the French bistro theme. I did assume the ads would be boring since I wasn't a fan of her Versace ads. But they turned out very neat, I think they were trying to emphasize on her manly toned body.

I've never seen these pictures before so it was mandatory for me to post them! In case, you weren't informed Kanye is coming out with his own clothing line called "Pastelle". It's been in the works for a good while now but he said he doesn't want to release it until it's perfect. It's a men's brand but I also did read that he was working on a small ladies line. Is Anna Wintour Getting The Boot?

Rumor has it that Anna Wintour might be leaving Conde Nast Publications(Vogue, Men's Vogue and Teen Vogue). I keep wondering because this rumor has been out for a while. I also heard she might be replaced by the editor of Russian Vogue Aliona Doletskaya THEN I heard French Vogue editor Carine Roitfeld will be taking over. I'm quite confused. I do think American Vogue is becoming very boring now, almost too simple. Maybe that is why I suddenly stopped purchasing Vogue and rather wait to browse through it when it comes to my local library.

YAY! Britney's tour will be in California for my birthday(April 17) week! I haven't yet decided where I'd like to see her. I'd love to see her in L.A but then I prefer smaller arenas. Has anyone ever been to the San Jose HP Pavillion or at the Sacramento Arco Arena? The Staples Center is a little too big for concerts, I think so. But I'm just too excited cause NO MATTER, I will be there singing and dancing to Britney & The Pussycat Dolls!

is hard sometimes. I've had more downs than ups this year. Why can't things just go the way I planned? Now I have to wait until April to relocate and return back to FIDM. I will be a bum for four months. I am too stressed to sleep, I don't even think about sleep as I used to. My diet has been very poor, I have no appetite to eat due to everything that's happening. Working out has became my best friend. I really don't care for the Holidays. My parents and I still aren't on speaking terms, even my mother.... I never realized but I'd rather have my parents attention, then their credit cards.

The only thing that makes me happy at the moment are my material things, my books, magazines, "808 & Heartbreak"(the soundtrack of MY life), "I Am...Sasha Fierce" and friends. And material things have NEVER made me happy only after I purchase them. I think I need to get away. I'd love to just be able to fly to New York City right now when round-trip tickets are $248 but sadly, I have no funds for that.

Life really is tough, sometimes.

All I Want For Christmas

THAKOON! I want everything! I don't care if I wont be able to wear it until Spring but I want it all for Christmas. I am so excited for this collection. I loved what Thakoon did with Gap a few years ago with the Designer Collection. I have one of his shirts that he made for Gap and I'm still IN love with it. I am in love with the theory for this collection, floral, prints, and fun. I'm sure there's more pieces but this is probably just a preview. I'm excited, are you?

I'm actually pretty excited for this campaign! I've always been a fan of Katie Holmes and I think now, she has great European style. She knows how to play it down and up for events. I think it's going to be different for Miu Miu since they used celebrities such as Lindsay Lohan, Drew Berrymore and Kristin Dunst. Katie is very classic and modern compared to those young scarlets. But maybe Miu Miu wants to go down another direction? I sure hope so. Since Katie attracts a whole different audience, maybe they want to market to those 27+ year olds and mothers who love fashion. I like the brand and especially, their handbags. But I never really cared for their advertisement, they don't make me stare at the ad for 2 mins like others, lol. I think Katie will do a great job, she's fab!

These Make My Feet Happy

I will refuse to buy any other flats but Sue London! I love them. I thank my friend Jhalani for introducing me to them a few years ago, which I should have listened and purchased them then! But my feet are so happy when I wear my Sue Londons. Their so adorable and comfortable. They come in such pretty colors, wearable all year-round. I also recall when Whitney(The Hills, Season 2) mentions Sue Londons to Lisa Love and Andre Leon Tally when their trying out dresses for the Pre-Emmys show. I recommend these flats to everyone. For the price, they really are worth it. Their customer service is BEYOND great. They helped me find a pair when I was in NYC and called Barneys for me and told them to save the pair for me. When I e-mail them regarding a color or how they fit, they responded back within a few hours. They personally called me to let me know that my items were shipped and told me when the arrival date. When my flats arrived, I also got a personal letter from Sue London! Do they even send personal thank you letters, now days?

The colors that I own are Tabac and Rhein. I cannot wait to expand my Sue London collection!

While I was in Target, I decided to go to the beauty department... And I totally remembered about how much I loved the Maybelline New York: Volume Seduction! I tried it at Fashion U cause they gave free samples and it really did make my lips fuller! My lips aren't small but aren't completely full either. My top is smaller than my fat bottom lip, lol. Of course, I'd love to have fuller lips! I purchased the shade Seductively Nude as seen on Adriana Lima on the advertisement. I recommend it to any girl who wants fuller lips! It works! For $4.29, you can't beat that!

I need to stock up just in case if they discontinue it.

I got the e-mail around 6pm and I've been waiting ever since. I am so looking forward to

purchasing this album. It's incredible! It's very different from his rapping style but it's such a good change for him. It suits him well and he does a good job at it. Make sure to listen to the entire album! Some of the songs that got leaked have been changed and updated.

Honestly, I'd be more interested and intrigued to fashion magazines if I saw women who looked a little more like me. I bet if there were a more diversity in magazines, their sales wouldn't be as low. People can relate more to it when it's someone who look like them. As a Hispanic, I'm interested in seeing Hispanics in magazines, American soap operas, etc.

I'm currently admiring the Dominican Arlenis Sosa. She will be featured in the December issue of Vogue. Isn't she fabulous? I'm dying to see more of her in the future!

Hip Hop Is Like "A Big High School"

I think Kanye is right about hip hop changing. There's so many diversity in hip hop right now. I think it's pretty fascinating. It keeps people wanting more and more.
Also, for those anxiously waiting for The Nike Air Yeezys, it's offical their coming out in March 2009 in 4 different colors. I hope their not $300 a pair like Jordans. I think they need to consider how our economy is affecting our retail market.
