Christian Siriano and Payless got together to work on a fierce shoe and handbag collection for fall 2009. The collection of pump heels and booties ranges in between $20 to $45. The spiky pairs look slightly similar to the Christian Louboutin for Rodarte shoes that Victoria Beckham has seen wearing. I’m definitely going to buy them all! I love Payless Designer Collections.
